7/14 – The stairs on the East side will be in a new location. While we have lots of ideas about what we want to do on the ground where the stairs will land, we have not decided, so I will build some temporary stairs. In preparation, I removed the flagstones that were there and the old stair landing. I will add more gravel, then place the old landing structure. Then I will build some temporary stairs.
7/15 – Spent the day attaching the old stairs back on the deck. Sanded some of the weathered boards and replaced others.
7/16 – Finished the West side stair installation by attaching the railings and adding skirt boards.
In preparation for some temporary stairs, I removed the flagstones.
