With the site preparation completed, it is time to start construction. That begins with the purchase and cutting of a lot of common boards such as studs and truss components. All of this work could be done in the garage using the table saw and miter saw. Once the truss pieces were cut then I made simple jig on my trailer and assembled the trusses. The next step was to construct two doors. The doors will be barn door style. Everything was loaded onto the trailer and hauled down to the sport court.
The next step was to by more materials and begin assembling the walls. I started with the west wall and got that all framed and the siding started. Then a buddy cam over and we finished the siding on the west wall. With his help we assembled the frame for the east wall and got it sided. After that I built the north wall on the sport court and the south wall on top of the side walls. I didn’t get any pictures of most of the walls.
Next the walls go up and the trusses get installed.
